Currently a postdoc in the lab of Neil Gemmell at the University of Otago, working on the molecular basis of female-to-male sex change in sequentially hermaphroditic wrasse. My career interests include applying emerging genetic and genomic technologies to questions in ecology and evolutionary biology. Obtained my PhD from James Cook University in 2013, in evolution and biogeography of Australian freshwater turtles.
