Biology, Emory University Ph.D. Entomology, University of Georgia Current: NASA NAI Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Montana I’m an entomologist moonlighting as a microbiologist: my interests lie in the maternally inherited mutualistic bacteria that dramatically affect insect ecology and evolution. I am currently focused on the multipartite, exceedingly tightly-integrated symbiosis between mealybugs and their various intracellular nutritional bacteria.
